JBIS Home Inspection will be your trusted advisor during the inspection process. The purpose of the home inspection is to educate the client about the general condition of the home, based on the Virginia DPOR Standards of Practice. Don't forget to ask about radon testing!
Your inspector will observe & describe conditions and then provide an easy to read report detailing each inspected area of the home. Your report will have summaries of findings along with helpful photographs to illustrate what was discovered.
Environmental conditions will also be provided for the inspection record (EG…temperature, presence of snow or rain, high winds, etc.)
